I januari kommen en OVK-besiktning (obligatorisk ventilationskontroll) utföras i lägenheterna på Jämtlandsgatan. Vänligen se till att du antingen är hemma och kan öppna dörren vid besiktning eller sätt ditt lås i serviceläge i förväg. Om tillträde inte ges, kan eventuella kostnader som tillkommer till följd av detta faktureras till medlemmen i fråga.

Följande datum gäller:

7-10 januari Jämtlandsgatan 97

13-16 januari Jämtlandsgatan 99

20-23 januari Jämtlandsgatan 107

We kindly request your cooperation in granting access to our authorized OVK inspectors during the scheduled inspection. Please make sure that you are either at home to open the door, or put your lock in service mode beforehand.

Failure to grant access may result in inconvenience and additional costs for the housing association. You may be billed for any accrued costs associated with rescheduling or additional inspection efforts. Please find more information in the attached document.
